2006 225 four stroke losing power.

I live in florida and have a 2006 Yamaha 225 Four Stroke. When I am on the water for 5 or more hours the engin loses power when I try to get on plane. This ONLY happens when I have been out for more than 5 hours. It runs great all morning. I have had the entire fuel system cleaned, all filters including the VST tank, injectors and screens. I have also installed a new battery and battery switch. I think this may be an electrical problem. Does anyone have an idea what it might be?

If have to run it for 5 hours before it fails it would very hard to find problem, probably need to take fuel vacuum and pressure gauges with you and test it when it fails.
