02 Yamaha 250 ox66 head gasket placement

I am going to put on my head gasket on but have a few questions,

1-The head gasket has a white silicone looking line on one side only, which way does the white line face, to the engine or the head?
2-The head cover gasket also has the same white lines on the spark plug holes, which way do they face, to the head or the head cover?
3-The 5 bolts on the center of the head cover should be tightened first or last after the head bolts are tighted?

The larger side of the seal ring(around cylinder wall) on head gasket faces engine block.
The bolts are numbered with tightening sequence.
