Don't know what model you have but here is C30ELRT diagram, if this is not it then need to order a service manual for your model motor.

We have the esrt model. We have the service manual and it doesnt show anything but the shallow drive lever in a picture. We are going to give it a shot and if it doesnt work out Ill donate some money to my local yamaha service man for the install. Thanks
