Does anyone know why a 1995 40 hp 2 stroke Yamaha alarm sounds only on plane after 2 minutes but turns off when idling ?
engine pisses warm water and at a good rate. I have replace the impeller along with thermostat and took off the cylinder head acid bathed to cleaned out around the heads also poppet valve is free I am puzzled. Replaced the head gasket properly and no water leaks found.
Now when test it to day the horn sounds on plan still but sooner than before?
I motor starts right up and the fresh fuel and oil are mixed together in the tank.
