what can cause my yahama 150 not to start everything works except I beleave the 704 memote control. Is there any part inside that may stop the boat from starting?

Quick test

I would unplug the main wire harness under the cowling. This will totally take the boat handset etc. out of play. Try pull starting the engine or jumping the starter. Engine should run. If it does the problem is inside the boat. Note once engine is running just replug the harness in to see is engine stops. That indicates where to start looking for the problem. Engine or Boat.
