What parts for conversion of 9.9 from remote to tiller

Hi I was wondering if someone can advise what parts I will need to convert an 1989 9.9HP high thrust from a remote version into a tiller handle version. My motor tag says FT9.9 ELF. Code # 6G8L, Serial #465144.

A dealer told me he thought this motor might have originally been a tiller and was converted to a remote. Now I need to go back to a tiller. Maybe someone will know the answer to that as well by the codes above. Thanks much for any help here.
