Tiller Fitting Kit

Does the tiller fitting kit include the wiring harness? I looked at the diagram and it appears the tiller fitting kit (#1) includes parts (2-11). Part #11 is the wiring harness, but the wiring harness is $186 and the whole fitting kit is only $132.

I need either the wiring harness, or the plug from the tiller end. So, I'm interested in what you found out. The wiring harness from the engine side is evidently $700!!


I had a pin in the tiller side corrode out, but the engine side seems good. Please post what you found out about the parts. Thanks.
