Yamaha 2007 115 HP 4 stroke Trim/Tilt Issue

Trim/Tilt is leaking fluid, cannot determine if the leak is from the seals while boat is on a work rack. Have a Y.E.S. warranty for six years. I do not feel that it is a seal issue. I cannot observe the back of the unit that may possibly have a crack or leak some place. Engine has 240 hours. Boat is kept inside, has never been in the water for more than 48 hours continously, so I dont believe its a corrision issue. An observation of the rubber seals does not indicate a leak. Any possible clues as to where the fluid may be leaking. Appreciate anyone that can give me any ideas.

you have warrenty on a unit that is difficult to repair.
way more than the average backyardigan mobile tech can handle.
why not simply take it in and let a trained tech fix it?
