i have a 1998 grady sailfish i have to run my starbord contral further up then my port to keep same rpm on motors seem to run fine at 4000 cruise but top end on port is 5200 and starbord is 4800 controls have always been same but now its like i am pushing one motor hard any help would be nice thinking may plugs, fuel filter, vst, o2?

Water in fuel. Pull line off engine side filter and pump fuel in a clear jar. If it's yellow you're ok. If it's orange you're fuel is fouled. Betcha the o-rings on your fill caps are bad.
