4hp 4stroke Carb Nightmare

I have an 06 4hp , 4-stroke tha thas had three carb rebuilds and if it sits more than amonth it will not start or runs only at half choke. Any solutions short of using it as an anchor?

How are you storing the motor between uses?

Are you useing ethenal in your gas and if so water might have set up in carbs
