1996 P60 Tiller oil leak

Hey guys thru the off season I noticed 2 stroke oil leaking from my cowling. So I went thru all the lines and made sure they were all good. It is still leaking so I traced it back and finally found the bottom carb has oil on the inlet. The center carb has oil on the outside as well.

Any thoughts on what I should look at next?

If the engine was tilted up oil may be draining down from intake, check the check valves in oil lines.
