I have a 98 YamahaC115 outboard. Indicator stream is getting weak. How do I determine if it's just the impeller or if I need to replace the water pump? All I've done so far is remove the two intake covers to check for clogs. As far as I know neither the pump or impeller have ever been replaced.

be to easy to simply fix it by catching up on the neglect.
water pump kit,t t-stats and a pressure control valve grommet.
3 hours and its back in action.
