2002 150 OB carbureted runs rough new plugs

Newbe to these forums. Help analyzing 150 OB with carburetors runs rough with new fuel and 50:1 mix. Oil injection OK. Need engine analyzer software and help installing and understanding it. Want to go fishing. Turned 60 last friday, Happy Birthday!!!

no computer diagnostics on a basic setup like that.
test compression,test spark. if both pass fix the fuel system.
