1990 Yamaha 225 Engine Wiring Trim

I bought a 1990 used 225 Yamaha and the trim seems to work fine up and down but the wires are cut inside the black box. I also have a fuse that is cut off inside on a hotwire, and I don't understand what these wires are for.
Does someone have a diagram for the motor's wiring harness?
