Hey all; firstly, i'm novice ++.
Replacing the steering bracket on my T9.9EXHQ. It's appearing epic; looks like the bottom cowling needs to come of to undo the bolts which attach to the threaded portion of the bracket. The bottom-up bolts have been removed but the upper casing will not drop....is it bolted elsewhere??? Also the electric cabling as well as the quick release throttle cables from the tiller need to be disconnected. It all seems as though I'm missing a simpler way to install the bracket. Any insight??????
