panamanian F25AMH motor in need of parts I can't find down here

I am not sure of the age of this motor is a Yamaha 25 hp 4 stroke. Model F25AMH chassis 1030744K. The dealer here can't find the parts and they have had the motor for 3 months. I have the parts numbers from them and the parts range from crank shaft plane bearings, circlips, piston ring set, to some seals. Could anyone point me in the right direction to finding these parts please.
