do both reds from the auxillary charge lead put out 12v and why are there 2 red leads ?

I got '98's and only have one auxillary lead that's fused. Are they right next to each other, with a bullit female end?

mine have 2 male spade connectors in a round clear connector, coming off main fuse holder
