225 engine interchangability 6K7 vs. 6R5

I have a 225 TXRP with a 6R5 block on it. If I get a 6K7 block from an 1989 225 Excel, are they interchangable. They look identical, the only difference I see is the oil pump gear on the crank and the drive shaft for the oil pump. I will be dressing the engin with the heads, intake ect.. from my old engine. Any info is helpful.

Not sure would have to make sure your components would bolt to block.
