Rodbolt - OX66 250 not charging help?

2 of the stator wires were .4 OHM
1 was .8 OHM

Green to ground infnity for all.

Does that signify a bad stator?

Does the stator put out voltage I could test?

What should the voltage be leaving the rectifier?

Its not a blown fuse cause it will charge, just not as strong as usual.

the ohms are not to bad.
label all three plugs.
a-c,a-b and b-c should all be close.
yes the manual gives peak voltage readings at 3 RPMs with the regulator unloaded.
make sure the battery isolator lead isnt chafed somewhere.
