please advise me on how to change my hydraulic oil in my trim and tilt on my 85 hp yamaha

Loosen the screw on the right hand side of your hydrolics so that your motor pics up manuely,then pic up your motor and loosen your pipe going to the big cylinder,there are also two small alankey screws at the bottom of the two small cylinders,now let your motor drop down and pick it up a few times until all the oil is out the close eveything.nowwith your motor up fill up the resevoir on the right hand side until full,the lock your screw on the right hand side of hydrolics and lower your motor with your tilt knob and pick it up with yourtilt knob and recheck oil.{motor must be tilted when checking oil}do this a few times until all air is out of system and resevoir stays full
