F150 - timing belt tensioner - replacement interval

Hi!
I have a 2005 mod F150TLRD, according to my service manual I have to replace the timing belt each 5th year.

Does anyone know if the timing belt tensioner needs to be replaced at the same interval?

depends
mostly depends on if its bad or not.
I have seen some last 200 hours and some over 4000 and still going.
and it depends on the tech doing the belt change.
myself, with that year F150, I would make sure the balancer was done.
