speed gauge 1997 F150

I have a 1997 Yamaha F150 twin installation. I need to replace the speed gauge that also monitors the fuel level, the battery, trip and time. I purchased what I believe to be a 6Y5-83570-S5-BK. This gauge does not have the S-Video connector that my old gauge has. I believe I have the wrong gauge. Does anyone know the correct part number for my application or a way to adapt this gauge to work on my boat?

for US market the F150 was not produced in 1997, the first year was 2004. the first year command link actually worked correctly on it was 2006.
