tilt and trim leak how to fix? What parts to order

Here is a picture of ram leaking, it's winter and good time to try and fix. What parts do you order to fix leak like this. Is there enough room to pull rod out. Yeah 2000 90hp tlry carby. I asked once before but really wanted to know how you guys fix this and parts need to order. Sometimes I fix things that are not broke, just get your opinion. I could just leave this alone and keep adding fluid. And last pic is motor tilted enough room right there?

can ya post a model number?
typically ,yes that ram can be removed if your splashwell allows the engine to be hand raised without hitting the engine on the well.
depending on what the model is, wiper seal on the cap,cap oring,shaft oring shaft backup ring, piston oring and piston backup ring.
