90hp tilt tube ram leaks and bad dust seal

Can I get all parts to get this fixed. Oil is leaking right through the wiper seal. Looks to me that I will need to remove the motor. If so how do I go about starting this project. Lower unit is off right now for another issue.

Can I just remove the lower bolts with bushings

remove the pin at top and it will come out? The diagram only shows rod,sleeve,two bolts. Are those bolts at front easy access. Update I put 2x6 on back, removed steering arm,pin and tilted it back. Does 10mm oil fittings go lefty loosy righty righty? Does there look to be enough room to pull ram out. Now I need the yammy tool

Tried last right to remove cap on top with two spanner wrenches

Didnt budge righty tighty lefty loosy? Im worried about bending the tube with ram shaft unhooked. Time to order $120 tool?
