'09 8hp 2 stroke problem...

So I left mixed fuel in the engine for too long and it went bad and gummed up. Wouldn't start. Took apart the carb and cleaned and blew out everything. Removed and cleaned jets, etc... purged all fuel lines and filters with fresh gas, cleaned out tank, mixed up fresh gas and oil and she started right up. Great. Doesn't want to idle now, though. Runs fine at around 1/3 throttle and above, but less than that just shuts down. Any ideas?

Probably still have plugged passages in carbs or jets.
