yamah 2stroke 4hp out board engine not stating

My engine(Yamah 2 stroke 4hp) spark plug seems not working well.it sparks just a little.what should i do to make it spark well.should i have to repalce som thing pls help me in this....

If you see a spark at plug and it steadly fires then probably ok, check compression and clean carb.
