Prop nut size for mid-range Yamaha OBs

I'm trying to find a M16x1.5 castle nut. Does anyone know if the Yamaha mid-range motors use this nut?

Part numbers are

90171-14013
90171-16011

I gather the bigger motors use M18, wondering about the 25-90HP range.

They bring up Yamaha parts when I google them. That's where I got them in the first place. Turns out the mid-range Hondas use M16 x 1.5.

It would still be useful to know about Yamaha or Suzuki interchangeables for this nut.
