F4 - Idle / Carb

Took the carb off and cleaned it out...

it helped the *****ing to full throttle dieing out problem i had...

new problem is it only *****s down to 2mph on a 17ft aluminum boat...

how can i decrease the idle to bring my *****ing speed down?

motor is an 00 F4 - 4 hp, 4 stroke...

Found it...

Throttle stop-screw on top of the carburator
counter clockwise to decrease the idle speed...
