Motor died on plane. Won't start

Recently my 2005 200hp EFI stalled out when I was on plane and I have been unable to restart the motor ever since. It has plenty of oil and fuel. The kill switch is securely in place and there was never an audible alarm. The starter is doing its job but there is no combustion. Somebody please tell me this isn't a power head issue. I took the cowling off and everything appears normal. Anyone experience the same issue? Thanks...

Check compression and spark on all cylinders.
If those good then look at the fuel
