Stator or pulser coil

I have a 97 9.9 ELHV Yamaha that is not getting any spark. The coil is 1 season old and the CDI is brand new. Is this the next step the stator or the pulser coil and if so can they be tested with a multi-meter. Any help would be appreciated!

It could be either one, you can check resistance with an ohm meter.
440 ohms on pulsor
300 ohms on charger coil
