50hp 4-stroke not firing on #4 cylinder

My yamaha 50 hp 4-stroke is not firing on #4 cylinder. Runs rough in idle but ok at higher rpm. Have changed plug.. not problem. Could this be a bad coil?

if it anythink like my 60hp version, i doubt its the coil, id say clean out the carbs and balance them and it should fix the problem.
