Power tilt cylinders on Yamaha 90 HP

I have a 2002 90 HP (90TLRB) that is leaking hydraulic fluid from the top seal of two smaller (lower) power tilt cylinders. Can anyone tell me what parts to order, special tools required, is it advisable to do at home or take to a shop (scarce where I am)? I am pretty handy with repairs but don't want to get into anything too intricate. Any comments welcome. Thanks. Bob Taylor

It does require a special spanner wrench to remove caps, you can call boats.net at 877-408-1499 to get special tools.
