Speedo Obsolete

I need a new speedo for my 91 200TXRP.
Part # 6Y5-83500-A0-00
SPEEDOMETER ASSEMBLY is listed as obsolete.
What can I use as a replacement part?
This LCD is also my gas gauge, etc.

Can I replace this directly, without any adaptor harnesses?

to get a speed reading with this unit?

This one might work for you. It is on Ebay and it is auction number 270636555611. This is what I have on my 1992 Fun Deck with a Yamaha 5.0 I/O.

Yes it will work, you can connect it to engine speed pickup hose or install a transom mounted pickup.

The old speedo has 7 wires.
The new one 6 wires.
Which one is not connected?
