Motor stalling out

I have a year 2000 approx. Yamaha 40 outboard. The motor will start fine and run for about 1-2 min and then start to stall out. If I prime the bulb, it will start running fine again for 1-2 minutes, and the repeat the stalling. I have replaced the fuel pump and filters, and it ran fine for awhile, but the stalling has returned. Thanks.

Probably either have restriction in fuel lines, filters or pickup in gas tank or have a air leak in hoses or connections.
