I have a 2000 Yamaha 200 HP 2 stroke fuel injected motor that misses (doesn't seem to run on all cylinders) after cranking until it runs for about 4 - 5 minutes. Then it will run perfect at idle and at all speeds until I shut it off. At full throttle I get 5100 rpms. After shutting it down when I crank it again the same thing happens if it has been off for 5 - 10 minutes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem? I have replaced the plugs, and the fuel/water separator filter and checked the ignition coils. Thanks for any suggestions.

It is Model #SX200TXRY, 200hp, 2000 Yamaha Saltwater Series. I can't tell if the problem is fuel related or electrical. It only happens when you first crank it up after it sits a short time. It sputters until it catches and then it runs perfect. It will also idle perfect as long as I want it to after it has been running until I cut it off. Then when I am ready to move to another spot the problem occurs again. Thanks for any help you can offer.
