I have a 90 hp jet that the trim will not go down. I raised it all the way up to service the jet unit, when finished I could not get it to go down. I think that I found the bleeder screw but that did nothing. Even with the screw completly off and a lot of preasure, nothing. The only way to get it down was to loosen the pipe fitting at the bottom of the ram. If any one could direct me to a site where I could be sure that I have found the bleeder screw that would help. Also the best way to fill the oil reserve for the trim and tilt. The trim motor is working Thanks Ken

There is no bleeder screw, there is a manual release screw thats inside small hole on side of transom bracket. It is listed in the owners manual, if don't have your manual go to www.yamaha-motor.com and view the manual online.
