Model F75TLRB running issues

We have the model F75TLRB and it seems to not be running well. It starts and when checking the spark on all 4 wires, #2 & 4 are not running a continous flow. Initally we thought it was the wires but moved them around and the problem stays with those 2. Thought maybe the ignition coil was bad but they are connected to different ones, so problem not that right?? What else can I check, parts are expensive thanks for any help

Could be the pulsor coils or CDI unit, would need to have ignition tested with peak reading voltmeter to find problem.
