4-stroke to 2-stroke

I had a 2003 60hp 4-stroke on my boat, sold it and bought a new 90hp 2-stroke, 2003 leftover, hooked everything up, trim works motor turns over. Will the wireing harness work on both motors, my buzzer will not work, no oil in the tank with key switch on and no buzzer, also tried to ground out thermosat heat senser and still no buzzer.

Yes the wiring harness are the same, If it has Yamaha digital gauges the settings are different. Check the buzzer at key switch to see if bad.
