Can you rejet a 115tlra to a 130tlra?

I have a 2002 115tlra and was wondering if it could be rejetted to a 130. My service manual is for both and the only differences i see are plugs, full advance timing, air screw setting and jets. Could there be some difference in the exhaust or intake ports. Thanks.
