oil pump issue on 93 prov 150

I wonder if anyone can help me with diagnosing a oil pump problem. My prov 150 will not pump from the extetrnal tank to the engine mounted tank. It burns thru the oil and then the alarm and 2000rpm restriction kicks in. The over-ride toggle on the beside the cpu initiates the fill. I tried troubleshooting the sytem and thought that it was the oil tank sensor so I replaced that. No change. The cpu only has 120 hours on it it was replaced last time this happened by the mechanics that troubleshooted it last time - but it turned out that the cpu was fine and it was only a broken wire on the harness between the engine and the external tank. I checked continuity of the wires thru this harness again and they seem fine. I do not believe that it is the cpu. It is essentially brand new. Any ideas. Thanx

Test the oil level sensor in remote oil tank(boat tank) and oil level, if low transfer pump wont operate, Check trim sender, wont transfer if trim gauge shows trimmed up.
