93 55hp Yamaha-- Need Help Bad!

I just purchased a 17ft Key West with a 93 55HP Yamaha. That motor started up fine the past 4 days. Today I changed the water/fuel filter, fired it up, it ran for 10 min no problem. Pulled the fuel line to clear the carbs of any fuel, it runs for about 2 mins, then cuts off. Turned the key and NOTHING!!!! No clicks, ticks or anything, just dead silence. I have power going to the motor, but nothings happening. I dont know a lot about Marine motors, but I know enough about engines to tell when the starter is not getting juice. I have a voltage tester, and power is going to the motor..

Any Advice???

Check inline fuse on engine, check that the battery cables are clean and tight and battery is ok.
