No hydrolic oil

I own 150 Yamaha four strokes. One engine is out of hydraulic oil. How do I lift the motor to add fluid and search for the problem.

Loosen the manual release screw thats on left side of motor bracket and lift motor to up position by hand, then can top off power trim fluid.
