Need Help!

I'm having problems with my Yamaha 9.9 Four-Stroke motor I'm not getting any spark when trying to start the engine, it was put down for a while, it was a reserved engine and has very little hours, i purchase new spark plugs and a new battery and still not getting anything. so if anyone has any ideas on how to go about finding and/or fixing the problem will gladly accept your help.

Disconnect stop switch and recheck for spark. Test all ignition components per manual.
