Top Carb, gas is turning white

what would cause this and white residue on the choke plate.

Do you run this in salt or fresh water?Do you use a fuel additive?Do you use fuel water separators?Need more info.

I run pre mix, I have a fuel water seperator. I use startron and some times stabil if the gas will sit up. The gas is less then 3 weeks old and has beent reated with star tron. I have an alum tank and it is only on throat of one of the carbs
