Trying to ID engine with Model code 45F

I bought an old trawler and am refurbing it. With the trawler came a Yamaha outboard identified in a label as follows; Model 45F, Code 6E0, Serial Number 104507. I dont have any clue as to what Model 45F means or what year the engine was built. It is only a 2-4hp engine. I would like to get a manual for it. The engine does run.

I have looked on the Yamaha manuals site and 45F doesnt show up anywhere. My previous search for engine data resulted in the download carrying with it a virus that wiped out my computer so I am a bit cautious. (Not from this website!!)

I should have thought of that but my 72 year old brain didnt work well. Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it because I need to get the Yamaha going to investigate a couple of places I can tie up my Prairie trawler in case of a hurricane. It wont live at my dock due to wind and wave action.
