Hello all, new to this forum. I recently was handed down a Mariner 4hp. After doing some research I noticed that the parts match exactly to Yamaha parts. I don't know the year but have a Model 4M 6E0 S 073505. Can anyone tell me what year it is. I am planning to get it in good working order and might need parts. Also, what is the correct fuel mix ratio on this motor? Thanks for any help.

I had a 1983 40hp Mariner that was made by Yamaha. So I do know Yamaha made some of them. I was able to get year info from the serial number from the iBoats forum. I no longer have the motor, but have the maintenance manuals which may go down to 4hp. Let me know if you are interested and I will look. -
