300 hpdi fuel pump questions

Have soaked and cleaned fuelrails, injectors, pumps, filters and hoses on my 05' 300 hpdi after a 3 year layup. Have power to high pressure pump in the vst when key is on but pump seems to be seized up. Only have 90 hrs on motor. Was wondering if those pumps are rebuildable or if I will have to buy a new one. Dont relish spending the $800 but will if need be.

I believe you can send them off just like the injectors to have them serviced, you will have to search for where in your area or out of state
