Just replaced my waterpump,housing,& related parts. Now it appears I am pumping less water from the weep hole. could this be possible.Any thoughts out there.

Your side discharge tube may be clogged up. Disconnect the tube from the plastic nipple that snaps into the lower cowling and tape it to the edge of the cowling so that it will pee downward when you crank up. The nipple gets plugged up pretty easy.
When you installed the impeller, did you bend the fingers back in the opposite direction of rotation? Also, did the old impeller have any missing fingers? If so, then they may be plugging up the water pump tube.
Also, when you stabbed the lower unit, did you have anyone down at eye level to check that the output of the waterpump fit into the tube?
