can someone tell me what wrong i have a 2003 200 hpdi about 4 times now when i start it it smokes real bad until i go fast most of the time it works ok,

I have the OX66 and it smokes like crazy when it's cold. Soon as it warms up you'd think it's a 4-stroke. Kinda like a woman; they aren't any good until you get them hot...

The oil tank on engine may be overfilling with oil, oil level shouldn't be above upper line on tank.

test the engine oil level switch with an ohm meter. it's a 3 poistion switch. if u search there should be an article on the persionblend oil system and how to test the components
