i have a 2005 90 hp 2 stroke that want idle. recently cleaned carbs an changed fuel. any suggestions?

Check compression. Check for spark at plugs. may still have plugged jets or passasges in carbs, carbs may be out of sync.

So how to synchro carb.can we do it ourselves.any tip or guide?

Best to get a service manual, the 90 2 stroke are easy but other models are more complex but easy with the steps from manual.
